Shipping and FAQ

SHIPPING

All orders are posted within 48 hours from order confirmation, from Cobar NSW.

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking. We have two flat rate shipping fees, which can be selected by the customer at checkout:

  • Regular Post $10.00 (3-5 days in NSW and 4-7 days interstate) 
  • Express Post $15.00 (1-3 days in NSW and 3-5 days Interstate

Selecting express post will not speed up the order processing time.

Q: I have more than one discount code, can I use them all in one order? 
A: unfortunately no, only one discount code can be used per order. If you have a product discount and a free shipping discount you can still only use one code

Q: I live locally, can I collect my order in person? 
A: yes, if you live locally and would like to place an order, simply select “local pick up” on checkout and contact us to arrange a time that suits 

Q: How can I track my order? 
A: All parcels are shipped with tracking, regardless of the shipping method selected. Your orders can be tracked by visiting the Aus Post tracking website or downloading their easy to use mobile app

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for change of mind on any products. If an item is faulty, please submit a request via email to hello@theaestheticgiftco.com.au including your order number and the details of the fault. Your request will be assessed by our team within 5 business days. If your return is approved we will replace the item with the identical item, in the case that this is not possible a store credit to the original value will be offered. 

Refunds
Refunds are offered for faulty or incorrectly supplied items only, refunds will not be offered for change of mind.

If an item is faulty, please submit a request via email to hello@theaestheticgiftco.com.au including your order number and the details of the fault. Your request will be assessed by our team within 5 business days.  
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Request for a return or refund must be made within 14 days of receiving your item as per the delivery date from Australia Post.
